For you information, only part of the bank card number you give is displayed on our e-mail message system. The other coded part is only accessible by our company Helilagon (VAD approved), on the secure server Vcart, with the aid of a login and a password. Helilagon undertakes to keep this information confidential.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged nor reimbursed, except on the decision of the company following flight cancellation for unfavourable meteorological conditions, technical problems or other reasons.
- Prices are determined on the basis of a full helicopter. In the case of an insufficient number of passengers on a flight, the Company reserves the right to cancel or regroup passengers on other flights. Passengers will be informed of the cancellation. In the case of one of them not turning up at the convened time and place, passengers will either be offered the opportunity to embark at another time or day or else they will be reimbursed in full.
- In the case of unfavourable weather conditions, reimbursement will be made according to the circuit completed.
- The transport provided in accordance with this ticket is subject to the rules and limitations of responsibility laid down by the Warsaw Convention, except in the case where the transport does not constitute international transport in the sense of the aforementioned Convention.
Nonetheless, in France, in accordance with articles L.321 and L.322 of the Civil Aviation Code, the responsibility of the transporter is governed by the Warsaw Convention and any modifying convention applicable in France even if the transporter is not international in the sense of this Convention.
- The transporter undertakes to transport passengers and baggage with reasonable diligence. The hours indicated on timetables or elsewhere are not guarantees and do not constitute part of this contract.
- No agent, appointed or representative, has the right to modify or suppress any clause of this contract.
