The price of the ticket is based on the total number of passengers per helicopter. If the number of passengers registered is not sufficient, the airline may cancel the flight or ask the passengers to fly another day depending on their schedule and the seats available. If one of the passengers does not show up the day of the flight, a 50 % fee will be charged, based on the total amount of the flight.

 

In case of bad weather conditions taking place during the flight, you will pay for the exact tour you did.

 

Carriage is subject to the rules and limitation related to liability established by the Warsaw Convention unless such carriage is not « international carriage » as defined by the convention.

 

In France, in virtue of article L.321-3 and 322-3 of the French Civil Aviation Code, carrier’s liability is governed by the Warsaw Convention and any other convention applicable in France which could modify it, even if the carrier is not international according to the meaning of the convention.

 

The airline is bound to do its best for the transportation of the passengers and their luggage. The airline is not responsible for any delay, the schedules are subject to changes.

 

No agent, official in charge or airline representative can modify or cancel any part of the present contract.
